Arrive and feel at home

At Red Kite Resort, we want your arrival to be as simple and flexible as possible. That is why our check-in process is completely digital.

Online check-in before your arrival

Two days before your arrival, you will automatically receive an email with a link to our online check-in. This replaces the traditional registration form on site.

Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive your personal arrival information as well as the individual PIN code for your holiday home.

This means there is no need for a traditional key handover.

Flexible arrival with your personal PIN

With your personal access code, you can enter your holiday home flexibly on the day of arrival. You are not tied to reception opening hours and do not need to plan your arrival down to the minute.

This is particularly convenient if you have a longer journey or encounter unexpected traffic. As soon as your holiday home is ready, you can check in independently using your PIN and start your holiday in a relaxed way.

Arriving earlier or staying a little longer?

Would you like to arrive a little earlier on your first day or enjoy a few extra hours on your final day?

You are welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out. If our occupancy and cleaning schedule allow, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Additional check-in or check-out time is charged at €10 per hour.

As availability depends on the bookings before or after your stay, we recommend contacting us in advance with your request.
